Request deletion of your Service Junction Care account

You can request deletion of your SJ Care customer account and eligible associated personal data even if you cannot access or have uninstalled the app.

You do not need to install, open or sign in to the mobile app. To protect your account, we verify account ownership before processing any deletion request.

Start your request

Selecting “Request account deletion” opens your email application with a prepared request. Review the email and press Send to submit your request to support@servicejunction.co.

Never share your OTP, password, UPI PIN or payment details in this request. Do not include bank details or other sensitive credentials.

For India, enter your 10-digit mobile number; +91 is optional. For another country, include + and the country code.

Used only for follow-up about this request, if supplied.

Email support@servicejunction.co with the subject “SJ Care account deletion request” and include your registered mobile number. Never send OTPs or payment credentials.

What happens next

  1. Send request

    Prepare your email using this page, review it and press Send in your email application to submit it to Service Junction Support.

  2. Verify identity

    Service Junction contacts you through an appropriate verified channel to confirm account ownership before processing any deletion.

  3. Review applicable data and retention

    Authorized staff identify data eligible for deletion or irreversible anonymization and records that must legitimately be retained.

  4. Process and confirm

    Authorized staff complete customer-account deletion and eligible associated-data removal, then communicate the outcome through an appropriate channel.

Sending a request does not immediately delete your account. Completion follows identity verification and the applicable processing and retention requirements.

Account deletion and your data

Account deletion is not just suspension or deactivation. Eligible associated personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized, subject to verification and lawful retention requirements.

Data that may be deleted

Customer account and profile information, saved addresses, preferences, session and device tokens, and other account-associated personal information where deletion is appropriate and permitted.

Data that may need retention

Certain purchase, order or booking history, payments, receipts, tax and accounting records, disputes, security and fraud-prevention logs, and legally required audit or compliance records may require limited retention.

Retained records remain access-restricted and protected for the period required by the applicable obligation. We do not promise immediate removal of every record.
